Comments extracted from Course Evaluation Forms…..
Any other comments on the trainers?
1. Easy to remember, practical to use and escape from an adversary. Excellent tips and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, learned in a fun and friendly environment. Trainers were very helpful, patient, humorous and engaging.
2. Extremely practical in nature. Very knowledgeable, through real-life experience. If I can remember, nobody can forget these very simple yet effective escape methods & techniques. Learning made fun. Cheers!
3. Good impact and practical moves. Thank you Kapt. Bala & Michael.
4. Excellent and very real. A MUST for all ladies to attend in our current crime prone environment.
5. Very well verse/knowledgeable. They made a cocktail of techniques, simplifying difficult moves and we just did it... Brilliant!
6. Fun – please keep it this way.
7. Good communication. Simple blocking techniques made effective; which many of us took for granted.
8. Knowledgeable and entertaining.
9. Maybe can hit us harder like the real thing… and can we hit you back? hehe... Although upon request, Michael obliged.
What do you like most about the program?
1. Useful tips to prepare the women to beware what steps to make when they are attacked. I feel a lot more confident now after knowing that I can escape the situation, when I know I cannot beat a male / attacker physically. God Bless you all.
2. Very practical knowledge.
3. The many tips for survival.
4. The practical given is a very good awareness. Interesting!
5. Everything was Awesome!
6. Practical session. Such simple moves with effective impact; I must share with as much female friends as possible starting with my daughter and sisters. Thank you soooooo much!
7. The escape ways.
8. The punching session.
9. Very practical tips, engaging, fun.
10. Very comprehensive.
11. To know the many ways how men can attack us... the best part; escape from it!
12. I was reluctant to come because I expected some throwing around like watched on TV (which I honestly feel impossible to do under real attack) but am glad to have attended as I have learned so many easy to use tips, practical and very easy to remember ways to free myself from danger.
13. Teachings based on common attack modes.
14. Preparation of the mental side and the physical practice.
15. Basic tips useful for self-defence.
16. The practical with partner to experience the real situation. And at times, the trainers use men's strength upon request. This is the only way we will experience the situation, may be worse in the real situation, but I'm better PREPARED now. The best thing was I did not feel bored at all throughout the session.
17. Well informed and “entertaining”.
Any other comments?
1. Hold it more regularly. Other details like first aid.
2. Too brief – more time for practice would be good.
3. It’s very practical. Will definitely share with my female colleagues.
4. It would be good to get the male trainers involved to create a more “realistic” experience. This prepares the female victims of what it may really feel like and better prepares us.
5. Maybe should try attacking all participants like the real thing so that all participants know how it feels; instead of only by request.
6. To introduce survival skills for children.
